50 grams of salted fish, cut into pieces

100 gr sprouts

100 ml of water

4 tbsp oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 spring onion, sliced slices

3 leaves of chives, cut 3 cm

3 red chilli, sliced iris

4 cloves of garlic, crushed

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

Pepper to taste



Heat oil, then saute garlic until fragrant
