This marble buttercake can be made from a type of buttercake and some are made from spongecake. This time we will discuss the type of buttercake with a solid texture but soft and tender, rather crumbly, buttery aroma and taste.

Use quality real butter for maximum results. Real butter can also be mixed with quality margarine or full margarine. So the result is certainly different from marble cake made with the spongecake or all in one method, the results of which are spongy.

Ingredients:

250 grams of quality butter (can mix with margarine / full quality margarine)
200 grams of refined sugar / castor sugar
4 large eggs (if medium / small size use 5 items)
1 tsp vanilla
225 grams of medium protein flour / all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml of liquid milk, room temperature
2 tablespoons chocolate powder, dissolve with a little hot water to become thick paste, cool
Smooth sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 160'C depending on the oven. Prepare a loaf pan (I use 22x10x10 cm), spread thin margarine, sprinkle with thin flour. Set it aside.
2. Sift the flour with baking powder. Set it aside.
3. Beat butter / margarine until smooth for about 3 minutes, add the refined sugar, shake again until creamy and pale. Add the eggs one by one, shake as long as each after adding the eggs. Do it until the eggs run out. Add salt and vanilla. Beat well.
4. Enter the flour mixture and baking powder in 3 stages, alternating alternately with liquid milk in 2 stages. Start with flour, end with flour.
5. Take a portion of the mixture, give the chocolate powder mixture. Stir well. The rest leave white.
6. Add the white and brown dough alternately randomly into the pan. Create marble / marble motifs with the help of skewers / knives.
7. Bake in a preheated oven and the surface is browned, about 45 minutes. The prick test is clean.
8. Remove from the pan and cool. Sprinkle fine sugar if you like.
