LOS ANGELES, NNCLos Angeles Lakers star Brandon Ingram has been sidelined until the end of the season due to injury. This is certainly bad news for the Lakers who have to play the rest of the NBA regular season without their star forward.

This was announced by the Lakers official website early Sunday morning, stating that Ingram had blood clots on his right arm.

Ingram has been pulled out in the last two Lakers matches because of complaints of pain in his right shoulder before the medical team's examination revealed a worse diagnosis.

Without Ingram, the Lakers always lose in these two matches. Thus, Ingram's record this season will end with an average of 18.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3 assists and 33.8 minutes of appearances in 52 matches with the Lakers.

The Lakers have so far recorded 30 wins and 35 defeats and are ranked 11th in the Western Conference standings.

The team made by Luke Walton will try to nurture their hopes for the playoffs when they host Boston Celtics on Sunday morning WIB.
