Mitsubishi Guarantees Xpander Service More Efficient

JAKARTA, NNC - One of Mitsubishi Motors aftersales programs for Mitsubishi Xpander users is the Xpander Smart Package which is available in two choices, Gold and Diamond, all of which are valid for three years or 50,000 KM.

Until now, specifically for all Xpander purchases, MMKSI provides Sales Promos in the form of a free Gold-type SMART Package. So that automatically, all XPANDER owners will get all the services included in the SMART Gold package.

With this package, Xpander owners also not only get free service and part services offered during regular periodic services, but also obtain additional chemical (according to service booklets), Mitsubishi Motors Genuine Oil (MMGO) and replacement of parts in accordance with the service booklet.

PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) will evaluate this program when it has reached the three-year mark or after 50,000 kilometers.

Head of After Sales Marketing & Development Department of MMKSI Ronald Reagent said that the company would conduct research after the Smart card usage target is reached.

"We are conducting a market study to determine whether or not there is a market for customers who have finished their Smart 50,000 package, to know if It is appropriate or not to make the second Smart package, maybe it could be 60,000 - 80,000 or 60,000 to 100,000 kilometers," Ronald said on Thursday (1/31/2019).

Ronald said, the community should not worry because the Xpander service for over 50,000 kilometers distance will certainly be cheaper. He gave an example, with the same engine specifications and OW-20 oil comparison, the price offered was 50 percent cheaper than competitors.

"With the same quality and specifications, we are upgrading in the logical area and in our production area so we can provide a fairly competitive value in terms of price for engine oil," said Ronald.. 

Oli is a concern, because engine oil is the biggest item that must be paid when servicing, which might reach 70 to 80 percent of the total cost.
