JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - The Indonesian Central Securities Depository (Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia/KSEI) has reported that total funds of stock investors in the Customer Fund Account (RDN) has reached IDR8.4 trillion as of the end of the first semester of 2017.
This was stated by the President Director of KSEI, Friderica Widyasari Dewi on Wednesday (8/2/2017).
She said the number of accounts owned by customers has so far reached 653,000 accounts at the end of the first semester of 2017.
"There is also a total of 14 RDN administrator banks," said Friderica.
According to her, the existence of RDN bank administrators is very important to encourage investment growth in Indonesia. RDN banks can strengthen infrastructure in the capital market in order to facilitate securities transactions of investors.
As information, based on KSEI data, the registered RDN bank administrators consist of Bank Panin (PNBN.JK), Bank Central Asia (BBCA.JK), Bank CIMB Niaga (BNGA.JK), Bank Mandiri (BMRI.JK), Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI.JK), and Bank Permata (BNLI.JK).
The RDN banks also include Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI.JK), Bank Sinarmas (BSIM.JK), Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN.JK), Bank Nationalnobu (NOBU.JK), Bank Central Asia Sharia (BCA Syariah), Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM), Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN.JK) and Bank OCBC NISP (NISP.JK).
