Intiland Development’s Marketing Sales Rise 10 Percent in First Semester

JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM – Property issuer Intiland Development (DILD.JK) has obtained marketing sales of IDR1.1 trillion in the first half of 2017, or a growth of 10 percent from the same period last year.

Archied Noto Pradono, Director of Capital and Investment Management at Intiland Development, said marketing sales increase is in line with management's expectations. This assessment considers the condition of the property market that has not been much improved in the first six months of this year.

The company predicts, the property market will gradually improve along with the stability of the economy, investment climate, and national political conditions.

The company will still focus its strategy to market existing projects to meet this year's marketing target of IDR2.3 trillion.

"We continue to review the conditions of the property market and develop appropriate strategies to anticipate it In the 2017 business plan, we have plans to launch new large-scale projects and new developments from the current project in the second half of this year," he said in a written statement on Monday (7/17).

Sales of industrial estates contributed the largest marketing sales with IDR531 billion or 48 percent of total marketing sales until the end of the first semester of 2017.

This achievement comes from the sale of industrial land in Ngoro Industrial Park, East Java to national automotive companies and some companies engaged in household furniture, fodder, and processed food companies.

The mixed-use and high-rise development segments contributed IDR228 billion (21 percent) of sales marketing, 1Park Avenue Jakarta project contributed the most to this segment. Finally, investment property segment contributed IDR185 billion (17 percent).
