JAKARTA, NNC – PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), one of the leading construction and investment companies in Indonesia, together with PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related to land use at the PGN Head Office in Jakarta on Tuesday.
The signing of this memorandum of understanding was conducted by M Aprindy as the Director of Planning and Development of PTPP, and Desima Equalita Siahaan as Director of PGN's Human Resources & General.
Aprindy said that the MoU was a reference between the company and PGN to carry out a strategic partnership in the framework of planning and preparing for business development cooperation and optimizing the potential of PGN's land located in Central Jakarta.
"Of course, the cooperation will be conducted with due regard to the applicable legal provisions and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance," he said in a press release on Wednesday (02/20/2019).
He added, as a follow-up to the signing of the MoU, PTPP and PGN will form a Working Team which will jointly analyze the feasibility of the project in terms of Legal, Economic and Technical aspects.
"With the signing of this MoU, it is hoped that business synergy will be created with a principle that is mutually beneficial for both companies," he concluded.
