BCA Wins Seven Awards at 2018 Work Quality and Productivity Meeting (bca)

JAKARTA, NNCListed private banking company Bank Central Asia (IDX:BBCA), also known as BCA, continues to strive to develop its human resources (HR) in the effort to advance the company's quality and productivity.

Various programs have been prepared and initiated, including participating in the 2018 National Work Quality & Productivity Meeting (TKMPN) hosted by Wahana Kendali Mutu (WKM) in collaboration with the Indonesian Quality & Productivity Management Association (AMMPI).

At the event, BCA won seven awards, comprising of two Diamond Awards, two Platinum Awards, two Gold Awards, and the Best Performance Award.

The 2018 National Work Quality & Productivity Meeting (TKMPN) in Batam was attended by 2,050 participants divided into 465 teams from hundreds of national and international companies, academics, practitioners, and professionals from various countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.

This event was an opportunity to share experiences between institutions to showcase works of innovation and improvement.

"This event can be one of the learning opportunities to improve insight and foster a culture of innovation and improvement. In addition, this event is also in line with the mechanism of civilizing innovation that has been initiated by BCA, the BCA Innovation Award (BIA), "explained Executive Vice President of Learning & Development at BCA Lena Setiawati.

On this occasion, BCA sent six best teams consisting of 19 participants and 6 facilitators which were a combination of various work units at BCA at the Competition Forum, where participants were invited to display the best works in improving the quality and productivity of the company.

BCA's proud achievement was also achieved for the idea of ​​innovation and improvement which was contested at the XXII TKMPN 2018, among others the idea of ​​innovation Centralized ATM Charging System which succeeded in obtaining a Diamond Award and Best Performance Award, Cash Processing Center (CPC) which also obtained Diamond Award, and OneClick Transaction Feature that successfully obtained a Platinum Award.

For the topic of improvement, the company won three awards, including Monitoring of ATM Infrastructure (Sapoe) which received a Platinum Award, Assistant Power of Attorney (SKA) which received a Gold Award, and Monitoring of Flow Batch (e-Flow) that received a Gold Award.

"BCA has only participated in this event since four years ago and has managed to bring home the two highest Diamond ranks of 12 Diamonds contested by 465 teams. This is an incredible pride because this competition is followed by the best companies in Indonesia and other countries, "said Lena.

"This award signifies that the quality of human resources from the land of Air can compete and is expected to motivate all BCA employees, which number around 25,000 employees, who are spread throughout the country to excel," Lena concluded.
