Taking advantage of Technology, SociaBuzz Supports Creative Economy Development

SociaBuzz supports the development of a creative economy.

JAKARTA, NNC –, an online marketplace for finding creative services, has just launched its latest version where not only influencer marketing services are provided, but now users can also inquire various other creative services such as photographers, makeup artists, singers, DJs, bands, MCs, speakers, stand-up comedians, models, and even writers.

The CEO and Co-Founder of, Rade Tampubolon, explained based on a survey conducted by the Creative Economy Agency (Bekraf) and the Indonesia Statistics (BPS), the creative economy is growing rapidly. In 2015 its contribution to the national GDP was 7.38 percent, in 2019 it is predicted to continue to increase to 12 percent.

"We believe creativity is the greatest asset of humans and is one of the most important capital in increasing the country's economic growth towards a 4.0 industrial revolution," said Rade Tampubolon, in a press release on Sunday (11/4/2018).

He added, by utilizing technology, he wants to support creative economic growth by helping creative industry players to meet prospective clients who need their services and get more orders and jobs through the SociaBuzz online marketplace.

Operating since March 2015, to date more than 30,000 users are registered with consisting of service seekers (clients) and service providers (creative actors).

Carrying the marketplace concept, through service seekers can now easily get a variety of creative services based on needs, prices, location, and various other criteria in one place. Service seekers no longer need to spend a lot of time searching through various social media such as Instagram or Google to contact service providers one by one to ask for prices, schedule availability and more.
