Suzuki Launches My Suzuki E-Commerce Application (special)
JAKARTA, NNC - Suzuki Indomobil Sales has launched a mobile e-commerce application named My Suzuki to provide easy access for Suzuki loyal customers to buy various official Suzuki spare parts and accessories.
Riecky Patrayudha, General Manager of Service 4W, 2W & Marine at Suzuki Indomobil Sales, said that currently customers are increasingly familiar with application-based services to meet their daily needs. "We are introducing the My Suzuki application as one of the breakthroughs of the domestic automotive industry to perfect Suzuki's after-sales service," he explained in a press release received by NNC on Saturday (11/3).
He said that through the My Suzuki application, customers who are looking for official Suzuki spare parts and accessories can get easier and more reliable access because MySuzuki only sells official parts and accessories.
The My Suzuki application can be downloaded directly through Google Play for Android users and specifically for iOs users, the My Suzuki application can be downloaded through the Apple Store at the end of November 2018.
In the My Suzuki application, users can search for various official Suzuki parts and accessories based on standard catalogs, especially for two-wheeled vehicles. Especially for catalogs of spare parts tailored to the type of motorcycles on the market so that the search is more detailed.
At present, there are 14 authorized dealers that complete after-sales service with the My Suzuki application, namely in Medan, Padang, Jambi, Tangerang, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Pontianak, Banjarmasin and Pontianak.
"In the future, we plan to expand the catalog to the four-wheel and Suzuki Marine segments so that customers throughout Indonesia can purchase Suzuki's official parts and accessories with practical and more flexible steps.
