JAKARTA, NNC - Exhibition of Mandiri Property Expo 2018 which took place at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) on May 5-13, 2018, targets to book Mandiri KPR or morgage loans disbursement amounting to IDR400 billion.
In the opening of the exhibition at JCC Senayan, Jakarta, Saturday (5/5/2018), Executive Vice President of Bank Mandiri Consumer Financing, Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo, said the target can be achieved through the low interest rate mortgage program offered by Mandiri of 5.55 percent in the first two years and 6.55 percent in the next three years.
"We target 40 thousand visitors with disbursements up to IDR400 billion until the end of the year, so not just applications and approval, but up to the finalized deedt up to IDR400 billion," said Susatyo, quoted from Antara.
In addition, Mandiri Property Expo also offers house prices ranging from IDR130 million to FLPP (housing financing liquidity facility) aimed at low-income communities (MBR).
Susatyo said Bank Mandiri's mortgage growth by the end of this year could reach 10 percent, mainly supported by customer databases of employees, corporations and priority customers.
"There are still 25 percent of those potentially taking up mortgage, so the opportunities are huge and serious," said Susatyo.
