JAKARTA, NNC - Citi Indonesia inaugurated the relocation of the new office to Citibank Tower and Citibank smart branch in Lot 10, Jalan Jendral Sudirman Kav 52-53 Sudirman, Jakarta. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted by Citi Asia Pacific CEO Francisco Aristeguieta, Citi Head of ASEAN and Citi Singapore CEO Amol Gupte, Citi Indonesia CEO Batara Sianturi and witnessed by Citi Indonesia's senior management.
"We are very excited to be present in the SCBD area. This step is part of the implementation of our global workplace concept called Citi Works, to create optimal working conditions and environments for all our employees that promote collaboration and performance improvement within and between existing units," said Batara in Jakarta on Tuesday (4/17/2018).
Citi Indonesia's new office occupies four floors with a total area of 8,300 square meters with an open design and eco-friendly concept. This office is the first LEED (leadership in energy and environmental design) Platinum certified project in Indonesia which is the highest LEED category awarded by the US Green Building Council. The use of high-tech facilities such as LED screens and Cisco audio video conferencing equipment brings together a seamless connection between Citi offices around the world.
"Citibank Tower accommodates the advanced systems and security that we need to deliver greater synergy and efficiency in our day-to-day operations. It is designed so that we can provide the best service to our customers," said Tim Utama, Managing Director, Head of Operations & Technology Citi Indonesia on the same occasion.
Citibank Tower is also equipped with facilities such as meeting and conference rooms, open shared work areas, Focus Pod with soundproof panel, flexible work area, and cafe atmosphere with technology that allows employees to work or collaborate outside their desks.
On the same day, Citi Indonesia also inaugurated Smart Branch in the same building. With the Smart Branch concept, Citi customers can enjoy an impressive banking experience presented through seamless process and world-class digital capabilities, known as Citi Signature Experience.
The Smart Branch also has features such as interactive information boards, meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities that can be used by customers to engage in private sessions with specialist and Relationship Managers in other Smart Branch, Citigold Lounge specially designed to enhance the convenience and ease of Citigold customers while meeting all their banking needs.
Managing Director, Citi Indonesia's Head of Consumer Banking Cristina Teh Tan explained that the Smart Branch can bring the latest digital experience to customers as a form of Citi Indonesia's investment commitment to Indonesia in line with 50 years of Citi Indonesia's dedication to Indonesia. This branch not only uses digital technology, but also provides convenience for customers because of its convenient location, many available features and spatial design.
