Dovizioso Fastest in FP2 at Le Mans

LE MANS, NETRALNEWS.COM - Italian Ducati rider Andrea Dovizioso has become the fastest in the free practice session (FP2) of the French Grand Prix at the Bugatti Circuit, Le Mans, on Friday (5/19) afternoon local time.

With wet track conditions, team Ducati appeared dominant by placing a number of its riders as leaders of the standings early in the training session. In addition to Dovizioso, Ducati is also represented by Scott Redding and Danilo Petrucci.

At the end of the session, Dovizioso able to record the fastest time of 1 minute and 41.673 seconds or just 0.043 seconds ahead of world champion rider Repsol Honda, Marc Marquez. The third and fourth positions are occupied by Petrucci and Redding.

Meanwhile, two riders Yamaha, Maverick Vinales and Valentino Rossi could not do much and finish with a record that time is considered very bad, adrift by more than one second rather than Dovizioso’s time.
