Persita Tangerang Boss Sets High Target in Liga 2

TANGERANG, NETRALNEWS.COM - Persita Tangerang boss Ahmed Zaki Iskandar has set a high target for the football club’s management, including the players and coaches, in the Liga 2 competition.

Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, who is also Regent of Tangerang, wants Persita Tangerang to secure promotion to Liga 1 next season.

"This is our expectation, and we hope the team can understand and work hard to meet the target," he said in Tangerang on Thursday (20/4/2017).

He said every player should have a target to a higher level because currently the team is in Liga 2 (formerly Main Division).

According to the Regent of Tangerang that without maximum performance, then undoubtedly the team cannot step up towards the highest competition of football in Indonesia.

In addition, Persita Tangerang has introduced a number of players who recruited management following the competition that began Friday (22/4) faced Persikad, Depok City, West Java.

A number of players were introduced to the public by the management of Reky Rahayu, Yogi Triana, Ahmad Arif (goalkeeper), M.Diksi Hendika, Amri Alamsyah, Ledi Utomo, Firmansyah, Rio Ramandika, Rico Sanjaya, Rian Miziar, Agung Sulaiman (defender).

Other players that were introduced were Egi Melgiansyah, Heru Setiawan, Muhammad Toha (midfielder).

The front line players are Hari Habrian, Dika Denhas, Rudi Setiawan, Aldy Al-Achya, Sirvi Arvani, Andika Dian, M. Sholehudin, Hendry Revandy.

"Management must be more professional and this is supported by various parties such as entrepreneurs, bureaucrats and other interested parties," he said.

Meanwhile, Persita coach, Bambang Nurdiansyah said optimistic able to reach tickets to Liga 1 because of the composition of players.

Bambang seeks to realize and the player also has been determined to 2018 to become participants of Liga 1, as reported by Antara.
