Jakarta, NNC - Founder and CEO Xiaomi Lei Jun uploaded a picture of a Xiaomi Mi Max 3's retail box to Weibo.
The post is also accompanied with a short message implying that there's a chance the smartphone might be unveiled soon.
Lei Jun's post confirmed the rumor that the smartphone will be launched in China this month.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 reportedly will sport a 6.9 inch display with 18:9 screen ratio with 1080x2160 pixel resolution, a Snapdragon 710 with 6GB RAM packed with 5.500mAh battery.
The phone is estimated to reatail at 1,699 Yuan or around IDR 3.7 million.
The Mi Max 3 could possibly hit the market in India on July or August at 18,000-19,000 Rupee or around IDR 3.8-4 million, according to the GSM Arena.
