JAKARTA, NNC - Jakarta Provincial Government’s plan to release shares of PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (IDX:DLTA), a beer manufacturing company, starts again. This discourse was conveyed by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan.
Previously, a similar discourse was mentioned by Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno while serving as Deputy Governor.
Anies said, currently the provincial government is conducting a study to release ownership of shares in the company. He hopes that in March the study will be completed.
"The study will be released. But we hope it will be completed by March," Anies said in Jakarta, Wednesday (2/1/2019).

The remaining 58.33 percent is owned by Malaysian San Miguel and 18.33 percent is owned by the community. IDX:DLTA is a beer manufacturing known as the Anker trademark.
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) supported the provincial decision to release its ownership of IDX:DLTA shares and expect them to not cancel it after the discourse has started.
Director of IDX at the time, Tito Sulistio, commented that the steps taken by the provincial government's steps in releasing the shares were appropriate, which were by conveying the plan to the public and preparing the regulation. The provincial government had conveyed its plan to the public and prepared Regional Regulations (Perda) relating to the release of these shares.
