New Army Chief of Staff should be able to secure Presidential Election from anti-NKRI issue

JAKARTA, NNC - Police and security observer from Padjadjaran University Bandung, Muradi, expects that General Mulyono's successor, General Andika Perkasa, must have the ability to secure political agendas, especially the 2019 General Election and Presidential Election.

Muradi says the 2019 simultaneous election will be a serious challenge for General Andika Perkasa, who is recently named Army Chief of Staff.

"The new Army Chief of Staff is expected to remain solid especially in securing political agendas, which is the April 2019 Presidential Election," Muradi told reporters on Friday, Nov 23.

"Like securing political agendas and circulating anti-NKRI issues. The tasks and challenges faced by General Andika is expected to be able to overcome various issues that are detrimental to the nation and state," Muradi added.
