JAKARTA, NNC - Related to reports of alleged criminal acts of conducting unlicensed geothermal mining business activities in the Dieng, Central Java, and Patuha areas, West Java, Special Crime Investigation Unit (Bareskrim) of National Police Investigators immediately summoned PT Geo Dipa Energy (GDE) President Director, Riki Ibrahim.
"President Director of PT Geo Dipa Energy (GDE), Riki Ibrahim is to be immediately (examined)," said Deputy Director of Economic and Special Crimes at the National Police, Senior Police Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga in Jakarta on Wednesday (11/07/2018).
In early October 2018, the investigating team has examined the former Director of PT Geo Dipa Energy, Praktimia Semiawan.
Previously on July 18, 2016, PT Bumi Gas Energy's attorney, Bambang Siswanto reported three people in this case, namely Practimia Semiawan (PS), Hidekatsu Mizhusima (HM) and Hisahiro Takeuchi (HT).
The report was registered under report number: TBL / 502 / VII / 2016 / Bareskrim with a case of alleged criminal acts conducting unlicensed geothermal mining business activities as referred to in Article 35 of Act Number 27 of 2003 concerning Geothermal Energy.
