JAKARTA, NNC - Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) continues strengthening at the end of stock trading session I, Tuesday (2/13/2018).
A total of 237 stocks rose, 99 stocks went down, and 105 stagnant.
Throughout the session, JCI moved in the range of 6,544.6 to 6,595.8. Trading volume reached 7.7 billion shares with trading frequency of 248,591 times and trade value reached IDR4.2 trillion.
Foreign investors recorded net sales of IDR78.3 billion in the entire market. The most widely sold stocks were Astra International (ASII), HM Sampoerna (HMSP) and Bank Mandiri (BMRI).
All sectoral stock indices recorded a rise led by the mining sector which gained 2.12 percent. The next highest upside sector was infrastructure of 1.53 percent, and the financial sector gained 1.33 percent.
Shares of MNC Investama (BHIT) were listed as the most actively traded stocks, with transaction frequency of 15,840 times. The next most active stock is Rimo International Lestari (RIMO) with 9,415 times, and Bumi Resources (BUMI) with 8,544 times.
