JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Newly married young couples or those looking for property investments with installments can visit the 2017 Indonesian Property Expo (IPEX) housing exhibition at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) from August 11-20, 2017.
The exhibition will showcase at least 201 property developers’ booths, including 84 booths for low-income consumers.
Property developers at the IPEX will offer a variety of housing products, starting from the lowest price of IDR 110 million to IDR140 million with 1 percent down payment and interest subsidies.

Most of the affordable houses showcased in this exhibition are located in Tangerang, Serang, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Karawang, among others. On average, the locations of these affordable houses are also close to public facilities, ranging from electric train (KRL Jabodetabek), or toll roads.
For low-income visitors looking for affordable housing, IPEX also showcases houses with prices ranging from IDR110 million-IDR140 million with 1 percent DP and interest subsidies.
