JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) managed to achieve marketing sales worth IDR319 billion in the first quarter of 2017.
Acquisition value of this marketing sales has not included the sale of industrial land in Ngoro Industrial Park covering 20.3 hectares worth IDR386 billion.
Capital and Investment Management Director of Intiland Archied Noto Pradono predicted the condition of the national property market will gradually improve this year.
"According to 2017 business plan, we are going to launch two mixed-use and large-scale high-rise projects in Jakarta and Surabaya in the second half of this year. Both projects are expected to contribute significant sales this year," Archied said in Jakarta last weekend.
He explained that from the total marketing sales of the first quarter of this year, the biggest contributor came from the development of mixed-use and high-rise segments amounting to IDR118 billion, or 37 percent of the total.
The next largest contributor comes from the Investment Property segment which is a recurring income of IDR82 billion or 26 percent of the total.
"The operation of integrated office of South Quarter in Jakarta and the proceeds from the lease of Standard Factory Building in Ngoro Industrial Park become the driving force of increased contribution of recurring income. Along with the completion of two new office projects, that is, Praxis and Spazio Tower in Surabaya it would also increase the contribution of this segment in the future," Archied added. (*)
