Almost Stagnant, JCI Rises 0.94 Points at End of Session I

JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) rose 0.94 points (+ 0.01 percent) to 6,019.10 level in trading on Tuesday (11/14/2017). Only 139 stocks gained, 166 stocks fell, and 105 others stagnated.

Throughout the session, JCI moves in the range of 6,016.37 to 6,039.3 for its highest level. The stock trading volume was around 6.23 billion stocks with a transaction frequency of 181,695 times. Total transaction value was IDR3.3 trillion.

Foreign investors recorded net selling of IDR79.4 billion in the regular market. The largest net selling value came from Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) shares of IDR28.7 billion, Jasa Marga (JSMR) with IDR26 billion and Lippo Karawaci (LPKR) with IDR20.5 mliar.

A total of six of the 10 sectoral indexes of stocks recorded a gain led by the trade sector by 0.45 percent. The next biggest gain was the mining sector by 0.3 percent, and the miscellaneous industry 0.12 percent. Property sector fell the most with 0.3 percent.

The shares of Perdana Karya Perkasa (PKPK) were the most actively traded with 17,489 times, followed by Bumi Resources (BUMI) with 8,444 times, and Global Mediacom (BMTR) 6,696 times.

Renuka Coalindo (SQMI) was in first place top gainer due to record of the highest price increase with 16.8 percent to IDR472 per share. The next top gainer was Kirana Megatara (KMTR), up 15.5 percent and Inti Agri Resources (IIKP) up 10.9 percent.

Meanwhile, Rimau Multi Putra Pratama (CMPP) was top of the loser because print prices fell 25 percent to IDR484 per share.

The next most declining stocks were Bentoel International Investama (RMBA) down 15.4 percent, and Radana Bhaskara Finance (HDFA) slumped 14.02 percent.
