JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Bank Central Asia (BCA) is ready to cooperate with all operators of telecommunication service providers to make efforts in recovering the connectivity around 5,700 BCA ATMs spread throughout Indonesia.
All of the BCA ATM connectivity experienced communication disruption is now functioning as usual.
"With the completion of BCA ATM connectivity recovery, the administration fee exemption policy for cash withdrawal transactions at other bank ATMs is only valid until September 11, 2017," BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja said Wednesday (9/13/2017) in a release in Jakarta.
Setiaatmadja also expressed his appreciation to customers for their beliefs and also conveyed to BCA's partners in order to restore BCA ATM connectivity so that all BCA ATM networks can provide services to the customers and society normally.
"We apologize for the inconvenience customers faced during the recovery process, and we thank all the telecommunication service provider partners, so that the process of restoring ATM network connectivity can work smoothly and unhindered," he said.
